The Indiana Bat is located In New York State, but also is included other places. Mainly found in Iowa, Missouri, North Arkansas, West Virginia, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Their habitats are tight clusters on the ceilings and sides of caves and mines. When hibernation occurs, they will only hibernate in caves with the temperature of 10 degrees Celsius or 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
The estimated number of Indiana Bats left is between 200,000-250,000.
